2. В случае с конфликтом на Донбассе, «возвращёнными» являются граждане Украины, которые незаконно удерживались стороной конфликта - Российской Федерацией.
3. Взаимодействие с РФ, государством-оккупантом, осуществляется согласно норм международного права и украинского законодательства, в рамках договорённостей, достигнутых в Нормандском формате.
4. Спецслужбы Украины проведут проверку лиц, которых марионеточные «органы» готовят к «возвращению», а пропуск и встреча этих лиц через линию разграничения, если он состоится, будет организован уполномоченными государственными органами Украины.
5. Руководство Делегации рассматривает данное сообщение, как попытку давления РФ на украинскую сторону переговоров, а эту попытку, в свою очередь - как элемент масштабной кампании по давлению на политическое руководство и народ Украины, включающую, например, ещё и информационное манипулирование темой российской вакцины против Ковид-19, которое реализуется через того же самого народного депутата Украины В.Медведчука.
Напоминаем, что ни родственные связи, ни статус народного депутата, не является основанием для манипулирования статусом «гражданина Украины», а тем более - принудительным перемещением наших граждан куда-либо, во фактическом взаимодействии с государственной властью страны-оккупанта.
Украинская сторона напоминает, что к урегулированию конфликта может привести только последовательная работа в рамках Нормандского формата, любые попытки давления на нас - бесполезны, а в случае с людьми, пострадавшими от оккупантов - ещё и аморальны.
Правоохранительные органы Украины вынесут свою оценку таким попыткам, а политическое руководство страны - свою.

В Казани военнослужащие Росгвардии помогли замерзавшим на улице людям
Военнослужащие казанского специального моторизованного полка Приволжского округа Росгвардии во время несения службы оказали помощь гражданам, замерзавшим на улице.
В минувшие дни, когда температура воздуха в Республике Татарстан опускалась ниже 30 градусов, произошло несколько случаев, при которых граждане оказывались в затруднительном положении и без посторонней помощи не могли дойти до квартиры.
Так, вечером 15 января, войсковой наряд казанского специального моторизованного полка Росгвардии в составе рядовых Ивана Казарина и Алима Масаева находился на маршруте патрулирования. Недалеко от автобусной остановки к ним за помощью обратился пожилой мужчина. Он пояснил, что потерялся в городе и не может найти дорогу домой. Росгвардейцы связались с родственниками гражданина, указали место его нахождения и оставались с пожилым человеком до их прибытия.
Гражданин и его родственники поблагодарили войсковой наряд за небезразличное отношение и своевременную помощь.
17 января военнослужащие войскового наряда сержант Александр Корнеев, рядовые Артур Сабгиянов и Залим Бишенов, проходя по улице Короленко, увидели лежащего на лавочке автобусной остановки мужчину. Как выяснилось, гражданин самостоятельно подняться не может. При этом его речь была невнятная, и он не мог назвать своё место проживания. Росгвардейцы попросили мужчину назвать номер телефона близкого человека. В ходе разговора с супругой гражданина они выяснили, что тот недавно перенёс инсульт. Также выяснилось, что мужчина проживает неподалёку. Военнослужащие помогли ему дойти до квартиры и передали супруге.
Третий случай произошёл в этот же вечер. Военнослужащие казанского полка Росгвардии рядовые Эмиль Назаров, Ислам Тебердиев и Булат Батталов увидели лежащего в снегу нетрезвого мужчину, который не мог самостоятельно передвигаться. Патрульные помогли гражданину подняться и довели до теплого помещения одного из сетевых магазинов, куда затем вызвали скорую медицинскую помощь. Передав мужчину бригаде медиков, росгвардейцы продолжили несение службы.
В преддверии холодов, с военнослужащими и сотрудниками Росгвардии проводятся специальные занятия, на которых они изучают признаки обморожения, способы профилактики и правила оказания помощи гражданам, оказавшимся в такой ситуации.
Начальник группы медицинского обеспечения Управления Росгвардии по Республике Татарстан старший лейтенант Хамзат Шаббазов рассказал, как предотвратить опасные последствия длительного нахождения на холоде:
«В период сильных морозов многократно возрастает вероятность получения обморожения, даже при кратковременном пребывании на улице. Чтобы этого избежать, используйте достаточно свободную одежду и обувь, которые не стесняют движения. При этом, одеваться следует многослойно, поскольку прослойки воздуха между слоями одежды позволят сохранить тепло. В обувь можно вкладывать дополнительные войлочные или меховые стельки. Перед выходом на улицу, используйте жирный крем для защиты кожи рук и лица. Ни в коем случае не игнорируйте ношение головного убора и в сильные морозы надевайте варежки, а не перчатки. Воздерживайтесь от курения и употребления горячительных напитков. Алкоголь расширяет кровеносные сосуды, увеличивая теплоотдачу организма.
