В Кременчуці постійно викрадають велосипеди

Вчора до поліції звернулося двоє кременчужан, у яких поцупили ровери. Так, велосипед Бенеллі вкрали із тамбура під‘їзду багатоверхівки на проспекті Лесі Українки.

Вкрали велосипед і на вулиці Гвардійській.

За даними фактами відкрито кримінальні провадження.



Біля Троїцького ринку висаджують дерева і облаштовують клумби

25 травня комунальники висадили дерева на схилі по проспекту Свободи (поблизу зупинки громадського транспорту “Троїцький ринок”).

Також комунальники наводили лад на квітнику поблизу зупинки “Водоканал” і розподільчій зоні на проспекті Полтавському.

Штраф отримав чоловік який побив водія маршрутки

510 грн штрафу призначили чоловікові, який у лютому 2020 року у Полтавському районі побив водія маршрутки. Відповідний вирок виніс Полтавський районний суд. Його опублікували у Єдиному державному реєстрі судових рішень.

Згідно з текстом вироку, 2 лютого 2020 року, близько 18:50, обвинувачений, перебуваючи у стані алкогольного сп’яніння, на кінцевій зупинці громадського транспорту, що на вулиці Михайла Гаврилка у селі Рунівщина Полтавського району, зайшов до маршрутки. У транспорті він наніс тілесні ушкодження водієві: близько семи ударів ногою в стегно та голову. Про це повідомляє “Громадське.Полтава”.

Чоловік у судовому засіданні свою вину у пред’явленому обвинуваченні визнав повністю, щиро розкаявся. Просив його суворо не карати. Суд дії обвинуваченого кваліфікував за ч. 1 ст. 125 (умисне легке тілесне ушкодження) Кримінального кодексу України, йдеться у вироку.

Аудитори Харківщини протягом січня-квітня 2020 року

забезпечили відшкодування втрат на суму 236,3 млн гривень

Фахівці Північно-східного офісу Держаудитслужби протягом січня-квітня 2020 року забезпечено відшкодування втрат фінансових і матеріальних ресурсів за результатами проведених ревізій на загальну суму 236,3 млн гривень.

За підсумками проведених державних фінансових аудитів об’єктами контролю впроваджено 53 рекомендації, з яких 17 – спрямованих на досягнення додаткового економічного або соціального ефекту, загальна сума досягнутого економічного ефекту (додаткового результату) складає 219,5 млн гривень.

Органами місцевої влади і самоврядування, керівниками об’єктів контролю та їх вищими органами за наслідками проведених заходів державного фінансового контролю прийнято 12 управлінських рішень.

За недотримання законодавства до адміністративної відповідальності притягнуто 70 посадових осіб, до дисциплінарної – дві особи, із займаних посад звільнено одну посадову особу.

До об’єктів, на яких виявлені порушення бюджетного законодавства, у 17-ми випадках застосовано фінансові санкції у вигляді: зупинення операцій з бюджетними коштами, прийняття вимог про повернення використаних не за цільовим призначенням коштів та попередження про неналежне виконання бюджетного законодавства з вимогою щодо усунення порушень.

З метою повного відшкодування встановлених втрат фінансових і матеріальних ресурсів перед об’єктами контролю ініційовано пред’явлення 8-ми цивільних позовів, до суду пред’явлено позов на суму 0,9 млн гривень.

Протягом січня-квітня 2020 року на розгляд правоохоронним органам передано матеріали 8-ми ревізій, за результатами розгляду матеріалів заходів державного фінансового контролю правоохоронними органами вручено одне письмове повідомлення про підозру у вчиненні кримінального правопорушення та матеріали одного аудиторського дослідження долучено до кримінального провадження.

Вчера с соблюдением карантинных правил открылось метро в Харькове.

Пассажиров будут пропускать только при наличии масок.

Людей призывают соблюдать дистанцию, а также заявляют, что будут обеспечивать расстояние между пассажирами в местах покупки и пополнения проездных документов, персонал же метрополитена будет работать в средствах защиты.

The Irish Illustrated crew is back for another one question, two analysts, three minutes. Today, we're talking about Notre Dame recruiting. As always, you can check out the video at the top featuring insiders Tom Loy and Kevin Sinclair, as well as the transcript below. Tom Loy: "Welcome everyone to another One Question, Two Analysts, Three Minutes. I'm Tom Loy with 247Sports alongside Irish Illustrated insider Kevin Sinclair. Kevin, let's take a look at the 247Sports Crystal Ball. Who are a few guys you could see yourself picking to land at Notre Dame?" Kevin Sinclair: "Right now I've got a few Crystal Ball picks in like Ryan Barnes and others, and I think if I were to have to add one, I think maybe Tristan Bounds would maybe be one. An offensive tackle out of Connecticut, a kid who obviously really matches up with Notre Dame. He went to Episcopal in Alexandria, Va.,, a great prep school there where Litchfield Ajavon went. Now he's at legitimately one of the very best private schools in the country. Speaking with him, he just seems like a kid who would fit in with the commits that we know. So yeah, that's one with a lot of interest in Notre Dame, and that's probably who I'd roll with. How about you Tom?" Tom Loy: "Yeah, Tristan Bounds is definitely one for me. He's in that top three range of guys that I'm kind of leaning towards picking Notre Dame. I'm a little concerned about Michigan, but their offensive line recruiting is a little all over the place. I don't know how many guys they are going to take. They could take as many as six. So, I'm watching him and Rocco Spindler and things like that. We'll see if Bounds gets a pick from me. Another I think you may have already picked is three-star safety Kaleb Edwards, a guy I really like. We've talked about him recently. He's a guy that I fully expect to end up as a four-star recruit. Not to put any words in Barton Simmons or Steve Wilfong or those guys mouths, but in watching this tape, I just think he's a really good football player. He can play safety, could probably line up at corner if necessary, just a really good football players that I think Notre Dame is in great shape for. Terry Joseph has done a really good job there. So, maybe I could be one visit away from from pulling the trigger there. We'll see how quickly he wants to line things up as things start to open up moving forward. Another I'm kind of leaning towards, but again I'm not ready yet, is Prince Kollie, the four-star linebacker, a newly-minted four-star linebacker, I should say, for 247Sports and the composite rankings. Another guy that I think Notre Dame's very much in play for. I know he recently narrowed his recruitment down to a Top 10 or so. I know I reported at IrishIllustrated.com that I feel comfortable Notre Dame would be in that Top 5, probably even in that Top 3 range, which I'm sure you would probably agree with. Tom Loy: "Kevin, back to you real quick. If I were to break down Bounds, Edwards and Kollie, who do you think is the best bet to land at Notre Dame between that three?" Kevin Sinclair: "I'd roll with Kaleb Edwards actually. I agree with everything you said. 4.60 '40', but on top of all of that, I had a good conversation with him, he's definitely a kid who is thrilled with Notre Dame and is seemingly a really great fit for Notre Dame. So, I'm really interested to hear about him and he's just a kid I really like in terms of a football player and just as a great kid. And I'll throw it back to you Tom." Tom Loy: "Yeah, I'll have a story with Edwards later this week, but he's a great interview, a great talent, and I think Notre Dame fans should definitely keep an eye on him. US says Russia sent jets to Libya 'mercenaries' - BBC News

Russia urges peace talks as the US accuses it of meddling in the Libya conflict.

The country has issued a new call for a Libya ceasefire and political talks. Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov discussed the conflict with an ally of Gen Haftar by phone on Tuesday, the foreign ministry said. He told Aguila Saleh Issa, a parliament speaker, that "there needs to be a constructive dialogue involving all the Libyan political forces" and "an immediate ceasefire". Russia has not confirmed the presence of Wagner mercenaries in Libya. There have been many reports - though not from Russian officials - about Wagner deployments in Syria, eastern Ukraine and other hotspots, including the Central African Republic. The Russian government denies any state involvement in the militant group. On 18 May forces of the UN-recognised Tripoli government, fighting Gen Haftar's army, were photographed at a captured airbase, al-Watiya, just south of the Libyan capital. The US Africom statement on Tuesday said: "Moscow recently deployed military fighter aircraft to Libya in order to support Russian state-sponsored private military contractors (PMCs) operating on the ground there." "Russian military aircraft are likely to provide close air support and offensive fires for the Wagner Group PMC that is supporting the Libyan National Army's fight," it said. "The Russian fighter aircraft arrived in Libya, from an airbase in Russia, after transiting Syria where it is assessed they were repainted to camouflage their Russian origin." Turkey is supporting the GNA in Tripoli, and Turkey's Sabah newspaper earlier reported that eight Russian MiG-29 and Su-24 warplanes had flown from Syria to Libya to help the LNA.
