Попри карантин, у Чернівцях дозволили роботу продуктових ринків. Проект рішення передбачає обмеження роботи ринків тільки з 20:00 до 06:00

Після масових протестів підприємців біля Чернівецької ОГА, члени виконавчого комітету міської ради дозволили працювати ринкам міста. За таке рішення проголосували всі члени комітету та мер міста Олексій Каспрук.

Обов’язкова умова – дотримання усіх санітарно-епідеміологічних норм, у тому числі наявність масок, окулярів та рукавиць. Ця вимога стосується і покупців

Окрім цього, члени виконавчого комітету вирішили звернутись до Кабміну з проханням дозволити роботу чернівецьким ринкам та визначити порядок торгівлі.

Нагадаємо, вчора (27 квітня) у Чепрнівцях та Полтаві підприємці вийшли на акції протесту з вимогою відновити роботу продуктових ринків та торгівельних місць. Тим часом, Львів, Дніпро та Івано-Франківськ просять пом’якшити карантин та дозволити роботу продуктових ринків.

Раніше прем’єр-міністр Денис Шмигаль заявив, що готується рішення, яке дозволить відкрити близько 280 ринків по всій Україні. Ця кількість може бути збільшена, якщо інші ринки зможуть забезпечити належне дотримання санітарних норм.

За порушення правил карантину на Буковині оштрафували настоятеля храму УПЦ Московського патріархату

У пгт Красноїльськ Чернівецької області у ніч на Великдень в одному з храмів УПЦ Московського патріархату, очевидцями було зафіксовано нехтування правил карантину. Священики й віряни проводили святкову ходу та освячення пасок, не дотримуючи норм перебування у громадських місцях. У результаті вищеописаних порушень, на настоятеля храму наклали адміністративний штраф.

Ще 19 квітня прес-служба поліції Буковини повідомляла про те, що у Великодню ніч та в неділю зранку "жодних порушень не зафіксовано". Однак наразі у прес-службі уточнюють, що на священика церкви у Красноїльську все ж склали протокол за порушення правил карантину. Про це повідомляє місцеве видання «Молодий Буковинець».

На відео зафіксовано скупчення людей біля храму. Сотні вірян на чолі зі служителями церкви влаштували хресну ходу, не дотримувались безпечної дистанції між людьми та були без засобів індивідуального захисту. Також багато відвідувачів вели за собою за руку маленьких дітей.

Загалом поліція порушила 5 кримінальних справ. Всі вони стосуються храмів УПЦ Московського патріархату. Найбільше порушень зафіксували в Почаївській лаврі (Тернопільська область), де вже понад 90 інфікованих, і у Святогірській лаврі (Донецька область).

ЖОРСТОКА ЗАБАВА: НА БУКОВИНІ ДІВЧИНА НАПОЇЛА ПСА ГОРІЛКОЮ

У Чернівецькій області дві дівчини влаштували гру-челлендж, одним із завдань якої було напоїти свою домашню тварину алкоголем. За одну з кривдниць вже взялась поліція та зоозахисники. Свої дії дівчина не змогла адекватно пояснити, а просто назвала це «дурницею».

Псу на ім’я Граф, котрому дівчина дала випити домашнього самогону, всього три місяці від роду. Про це розповідає зоозахисниця Анжела Косован. Активістка опублікувала в мережі Фейсбук відео жорстоких дій дівчат, котре вони виклали в Інстаграмі. Видео швидко розповсюдилось, а дівчата тим часом повидалялись з соцмереж.

Пані Косован також зазначає, що собачку дівчина знайшла замерзлого взимку і забрала додому. Видно, що тварина любить свою господарку і добре до неї відноситься, повідомляє Анжела. Але невідомо, чому дівчина так вчинила зі своїм вихованцем.

Маленький Граф зараз у нормі. А от за жорстоке поводження з твариною його господарку (згідно зі статтею 89 Кодексу України про адмінпорушення) оштрафували на 3 400 гривень.

В УКРАЇНІ З’ЯВИВСЯ ПЕРШИЙ ІНФІКОВАНИЙ НА КОРОНАВІРУС УВ’ЯЗНЕНИЙ

Нещодавно в Україні підтвердили перший випадок захворювання на COVID-19 серед засуджених. Хворою виявилась жінка, що відбуває покарання у Чернівецькому слідчому ізоляторі. Про це повідомляють у Державній кримінально-виконавчій службі.

Симптомі гострої респіраторної інфекції у жінки з‘явились ще наприкінці березня – повідомляють у відомстві. Її терміново госпіталізували, а пізніше, результат лабораторного дослідження підтвердив діагноз коронавірус.

Зараз хвору засуджену лікують медики. В установі зазначили, що вона не контактувала з іншими в’язнями.

Також, у Державній кримінально-виконавчій службі зауважили, що серед арештантів та працівників слідчого ізолятору коронавірус на даний момент не підтвердили ні у кого. Однак, питання про те, яким чином жінка підхопила вірус залишається відкритим.

Мер Чернівців отримав 100 тисяч гривень за березень

Мер міста Чернівці Олексій Каспрук додатково до зарплати отримав 50 тис. грн матеріальної допомоги на вирішення соціально-побутових питань. Разом ця сума склала понад 100 тис. грн. Про це повідомив депутат міської ради Андрій Брязкало посилаючись на офіційну відповідь Ратуші на депутатський запит. Пан Брязкало обурився, що саме у такий складний час, (розпал епідемії) міський голова отримує матеріальну допомогу. Адже напередодні 10 тис. жителів міста, які під час карантину залишились без доходів, виділили по 250 грн на придбання продуктів харчування. Загалом, разом з усіма виплатами, мер за три місяці отримав майже пів мільйона гривень, - повідомляє "Чернівецький промінь".

У свою чергу пан Олексій розповів, на що витратив значну частину коштів. Він придбав медичні маски: «500 з них направлено в апарат міської ради, а чотири тисячі масок волонтери допомогли роздати чернівчанам протягом вихідних, щоби люди могли зайти в магазин. Крім того, 30 березня я перерахував 30 тис. грн на рахунок благодійного фонду "Милосердя", для закупівлі захисних комбінезонів для лікарів»

Зокрема, мер закликав представників міської ради та ОДА, відзвітувати про те, як вони допомагають жителям Чернівецької області у боротьбі з епідемією.

Поліція спростувала інформацію про смерть жінки після штрафу

Правоохоронці Чернівецької області повідомили про те, що інформація про смерть жінки після накладення на неї штрафу за порушення правил карантину є недостовірною. У поліції кажуть, що нікого за продаж молока навулиці не карали.

Раніше, у ЗМІ Чернівецької області повідомлялось, що пенсіонерка, яка торгувала молоком, була оштрафована. Штраф за порушення правил дотримання карантину складав 17 тис. грн. Через декілька годин у жінки похилого віку стався серцевий напад і вона померла. Такого випадку взагалі не було – повідомляють у прес-службі Національної поліції Буковини.

Працівники поліції Чернівецької області перевірили дану інформацію. Серед протоколів, що були складені у період карантину, немає жодного, стосовно жінок, що здійснювали торгівлю навулиці. Тому інформація про смерть пенсіонерки після накладання штрафу не є достовірною. – повідомили у поліції.

В Україні зафіксували майже 4000 порушень правил карантину. Суд наклав штрафи загальною сумою більше 272 тис. грн. Окрім цього, з початку карантину відкрито вже 46 кримінальних проваджень.

But Hancock said that while some of the children who have this new disease tested positive for the virus, others had not. "We're doing a lot of research now. What I would also stress is that it is rare. Although it is very significant for those children who do get it, the number of cases is small," he said. The Guardian newspaper reported that there had been at least 12 cases. According to the Paediatric Intensive Care Society, the NHS alert warned of common overlapping features of toxic shock syndrome (TSS) and atypical Kawasaki disease and blood parameters consistent with severe Covid-19. TSS is a serious illness associated with infections while Kawasaki causes blood vessels to become inflamed and is mostly found in children under the age of 5. Zmluva sa poda jeho slov koní 30. apríla, o mal Helexa vedie a pripravi v dostatonom predstihu verejné obstarávanie. Nielene nemáme vysúaeného dodávatea na tieto typy sluieb, ale ani nebolo zaaté verejné obstarávanie v týchto veciach, podotkol. Napriek tomu ho minister neodvolá hne, pre aktuálnu situáciu zostane Helexa vo funkcii do 1. júna, ke nastúpi nový generálny riadite. Má ním by Martin Lupták. PRACE is joining the battle against COVID-19 by providing 195 000 000 core hours to the first ten research projects awarded under the Fast Track Call for Proposals to support the mitigation of the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic.  The PRACE fast track call for proposals aims to speed up the process to find treatments for the current viral outbreak. PRACE is also helping to facilitate researchers' access to HPC resources through subsequent calls for more time on Europes top supercomputers. There are currently no registered therapies for treating coronavirus infections. Because of the time-consuming process of new drug development, drug repositioning may be the only solution to the epidemic of sudden infectious diseases. HPCvsVirus The studies awarded by PRACE independently analysed a number of proteins encoded by SARS-CoV-2 genes, compared them with proteins from other coronaviruses, predicted their structures and built 19 structures that could be analysed via homology modelling. Performing target-based virtual ligand screening, a total of 21 targets (including two human targets) were screened against compound libraries, including ZINC drug database and a database of natural products. Some of the projects made the structure and screening results of important targets such as 3-chymotrypsin-like protease (3CLpro), Spike, RNA-dependent RNA polymerase (RdRp), and papain like protease (PLpro) visible. In addition, a database of 78 commonly used antiviral drugs, including those currently on the market and undergoing clinical trials for SARS-CoV-2, was constructed. Possible targets of these compounds and potential drugs acting on a certain target were predicted. These projects will provide new lead compounds and targets for further in vitro and in vivo studies of SARS-CoV-2 (virus strain causing coronavirus disease COVID-19), new insights for those drugs currently undergoing clinical studies and also possible new strategies for drug repositioning to treat SARS-CoV-2 infections. All this is possible thanks to one of the most powerful tools for finding possible medicines and inhibitors: virtual ligand screening and virtual drug design. Both techniques directly use supercomputer simulations, extreme-scale supercomputing simulations, that can only be performed on supercomputers with tens of thousands of cores. PRACE provides just such supercomputers to the research community. With these powerful machines, the first 10 HPCvsVirus projects will be realised.
